THUS, INDEED, did We bestow Our favour upon Moses and Aaron; 114 And We saved them and their people from the great affliction, 115 And We helped them, so they were the vanquishers. 116 And We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 And We guided them to the Straight Way. 118 And We perpetuated (praise) to them among the later generations. 119 Peace be unto Moses and Aaron! 120 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 121 Indeed, they were of Our believing servants. 122 And indeed Ilyas is one of the Noble Messengers. 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not be mindful of God? 124 Would you call on Baal and leave the best of creators, 125 “Allah – Who is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?” 126 But they rejected him, and they will certainly be called up (for punishment),- 127 Except the bondmen of Allah sincere. 128 And We left for him [favorable mention] among later generations: 129 Peace be with the followers of Elias. 130 Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 131 He is truly among Our faithful devotees. 132 And indeed Lut is one of the Noble Messengers. 133 When We rescued him and his entire household. 134 except for an old woman who remained behind. 135 Then We annihilated the others. 136 You pass by them in the morning 137 and at night.
