We verily created man and We know what his soul whispereth to him, and We are nearer to him than his jugular vein. 16 Since the two scribes are sitting on each of his shoulders, he does not utter a word which is not recorded immediately by the watchful scribes. 17 each word he utters shall be noted down by a vigilant guardian. 18 And the agony of death cometh in truth.
