The All Compassionate (Al-Rahman)
78 verses, revealed in Medina after Thunder (Al-Ra'ad) before The Human (Al-Insan)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Allah, the Most Gracious 1 has taught the Quran to (Muhammad). 2 He has created man: 3 He hath taught him utterance. 4 The sun and the moon are scheduled. 5 The plants and trees prostrate before Him. 6 He raised the heavens and set up everything in balance, 7 In order that ye may not transgress (due) balance. 8 but weigh things equitably and skimp not in the balance. 9 It is He Who has spread out the earth for (His) creatures: 10 In which are fruits, and covered dates. 11 grain with its husk and aromatic herbs. 12 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 13 He created man of clay like, unto pottery. 14 And He created the jinn of a flame of fire. 15 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 16 (He is) Lord of the two Easts and Lord of the two Wests: 17 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 18 He let forth the two seas that meet together, 19 Between them is a Barrier which they do not transgress: 20 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 21 Out of them both come out pearl and coral. 22 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 23 And His are the ships going and coming in the seas, like mountains. 24 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord do you then deny? 25
