And, indeed We gave Our Grace to Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron). 114 And saved them and their people from great distress, 115 And We helped them, so that they were the victors; 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture; 117 and guided them in the straight path, 118 and perpetuated their praise in later generations. 119 Peace be on Musa and Haroun. 120 This is how We reward the virtuous. 121 Surely both of them were among Our believing servants. 122 And indeed Ilyas is one of the Noble Messengers. 123 (Call to mind) when he said to his people: “Will you not fear Allah? 124 Do you call on Baal, and abandon the Best of creators? 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers?" 126 But they denounced him as a liar, so they will surely be arraigned (for punishment), 127 excepting only [those who were] God's true servants; 128 And We left for him among the posterity: 129 "Peace upon Elias." 130 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 And lo! Lot verily was of those sent (to warn). 133 when We delivered him and his people all together, 134 except for an old woman who remained behind. 135 then We destroyed the others, 136 You pass by them in the morning 137 and by night. Will you not, then, use your reason? 138
