And the heaven, We raised it high with power, and most surely We are the makers of things ample. 47 We spread the earth a carpet; what comfort We provide! 48 And of every thing We have created pairs: That ye may receive instruction. 49 “Therefore rush towards Allah; indeed I am from Him, a clear Herald of Warning towards you.” 50 and do not set up any deity with Allah. Surely I am a clear warner to you from Him. 51 Similarly, no Messenger came to those before them but they said: 'Sorcerer, or mad' 52 Have they, perchance, handed down this [way of thinking] as a legacy unto one another? Nay, they are people filled with overweening arrogance! 53 (Muhammad), leave them alone and you will not be blamed. 54 But remind, the Reminder will benefit the believers. 55 I have not created jinn and mankind except to serve Me. 56 I do not ask any sustenance from them, nor wish that they give Me food. 57 Lo! Allah! He it is that giveth livelihood, the Lord of unbreakable might. 58 And indeed for these unjust is also a turn of punishment, like that of their companions – so they must not ask Me to hasten. 59 Woe then to the unbelievers for their Day which they were promised! 60
