The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ When the great event comes to pass, 1 There is, at its occurrence, no denial. 2 It will bring down [some] and raise up [others]. 3 When the earth shall be shaken with a (severe) shaking, 4 and the mountains crumbled, 5 so that they become as scattered dust 6 And you will become divided into three categories. 7 Thus, there shall be such as will have attained to what is right: oh, how [happy] will be they who have attained to what is right! 8 And the Companions of the Left Hand,- what will be the Companions of the Left Hand? 9 And the foremost are the foremost, 10 It is they who are the close ones. 11 in the Gardens of Bliss. 12 A numerous company from among the first, 13 and how few of the later folk) 14 On thrones woven [with ornament], 15 facing one another. 16 immortal youths going round about them 17 With goblets and ewers and a cup of limpid drink. 18 by which their minds will not be clouded and which will not make them drunk; 19 And fruit; that they may choose. 20 And meat of birds that they may wish. 21 And (there will be) Companions with beautiful, big, and lustrous eyes,- 22 Like unto hidden pearls, 23 As recompense for all they had done. 24 They shall not hear therein vain or sinful discourse, 25 Except the word peace, peace. 26 The Companions of the Right 27 (They will be) among Lote-trees without thorns, 28 And [banana] trees layered [with fruit] 29 In shade long-extended, 30 By water flowing constantly, 31 And fruits numberless, 32 Neither ending nor forbidden. 33 And [with them will be their] spouses, raised high: 34 Verily We! We have created those maidens by a creation. 35 And made them virgin - pure (and undefiled), - 36 chastely amorous, 37 with those who have attained to righteousness: 38

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
