Al-Jinn 2 of 2
Say: "I call on my Lord alone and I do not associate any one with Him." 20 Say: I do not control for you evil or good. 21 Say: Lo! none can protect me from Allah, nor can I find any refuge beside Him 22 But [I have for you] only notification from Allah, and His messages." And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger - then indeed, for him is the fire of Hell; they will abide therein forever. 23 (They shall not change their ways) until they see that against which they had been warned, and then they will know whose helpers are weaker and whose supporters are fewer in number. 24 Say (O Muhammad, unto the disbelievers): I know not whether that which ye are promised is nigh, or if my Lord hath set a distant term for it. 25 The All Knowing of all the hidden does not give anyone the control over His secrets. 26 Save unto an apostle chosen. And then He causeth to go before him and behind him a guard. 27 so that He may know that the messengers have delivered the messages of their Lord. He encompasses all that is with them and He keeps count of all things. 28
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
