Al-Duhaa
The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
By the glorious morning light; 1 and the night when it grows still and dark. 2 Your Lord (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) has neither forsaken you nor hated you. 3 And verily the Hereafter will be better for thee than the present. 4 For your Lord will certainly give you, and you will be content. 5 Did He not find you an orphan and give you shelter? 6 Did He not find thee erring, and guide thee? 7 And found you in need, so made you prosperous? 8 Therefore, treat not the orphan with harshness, 9 Therefor the beggar drive not away, 10 and as for thy Lord's blessing, declare it. 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
