The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who creates and proportions, 2 who has ordained and guided, 3 And who brings out the pasture 4 And [then] makes it black stubble. 5 We shall make you recite (the Qur'an) so that you will not forget it, 6 except whatever God wills; He knows both what is manifest and what is hidden -- 7 We shall ease thee unto the Easing. 8 Therefore advise, if advising is beneficial. 9 and he who fears shall remember, 10 but the most wretched shall avoid it, 11 even he who shall roast in the Great Fire, 12 Then he neither dies in it, nor lives. 13 Indeed whosoever purifies himself (by avoiding polytheism and accepting Islamic Monotheism) shall achieve success, 14 And mentions the name of his Lord and prays. 15 No; but you prefer the present life, 16 and the world to come is better, and more enduring. 17 Verily! This is in the former Scriptures, 18 the Scriptures of Abraham and Moses. 19
Almighty Allah's Truth.
