"Truly! The Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - see V. 2:2) will be amidst Gardens and water-springs (Paradise). 45 They will be told: "Enter it in peace and security." 46 And We shall have removed whatsoever of grudge may be in their breasts: brethren they; sitting upon couches facing each other. 47 No fatigue will touch them therein, nor from it will they [ever] be removed. 48 ۞ Tell My servants I am the All-forgiving, the All-compassionate, 49 But My punishment is surely a painful one. 50 AND TELL THEM [once again] about Abraham's guests 51 When they entered his presence and said, "Peace!" He said, "We feel afraid of you!" 52 [The angels] said, "Fear not. Indeed, we give you good tidings of a learned boy." 53 He said: Do you give me good news (of a son) when old age has come upon me?-- Of what then do you give me good news! 54 They said: we bear tidings of a truth; be then thou not of the desponding. 55 "Who would despair of the mercy of his Lord," he answered, "but those who go astray." 56 He said: What is your business then, O apostles? 57 They said, "Indeed, we have been sent to a people of criminals, 58 Only the family of Lot will all be saved, 59 “Except his wife – we have decided that she is of those who will stay behind.” 60
