The Bee (Al-nahl)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ The commandment of Allah will come to pass, so seek not ye to hasten it. Glorified and Exalted be He above all that they associate (with Him). 1 He sends down the angels with revelations by His command to whoever of His servants He pleases, saying, "Warn mankind that there is no god save Me, so fear Me." 2 He created the heavens and the earth with the truth, highly exalted be He above what they associate (with Him). 3 He created mankind from a sperm drop, yet he is a clear adversary. 4 He created the cattle from whom you get warm clothing and (other) advantages, and some you eat. 5 And for you there is beauty in them as ye drive them at eventide and as ye drive them out to pasture. 6 And they carry your loads to [many] a place which [otherwise] you would be unable to reach without great hardship to yourselves. Verily, your Sustainer is most compassionate, a dispenser of grace! 7 And horses, and mules, and asses, for you to ride, and as an adornment; and He creates what you know not. 8 God's it is to show the way; and some do swerve from it. If He willed, He would have guided you all together. 9
