Say, [O Muhammad], "My Lord, if You should show me that which they are promised, 93 My Lord! then place me not with the unjust. 94 We have the Power to strike them with torment before your very eyes. 95 Repel evil with that which is better. We are Best Aware of that which they allege. 96 Say: "My Lord, I seek refuge in You from the evil promptings of the devils. 97 “And my Lord, (I seek) Your refuge from their coming to me.” 98 When death comes to any of them, he says, "My Lord, send me back 99 "So that I may do good in that which I have left behind!" No! It is but a word that he speaks, and behind them is Barzakh (a barrier) until the Day when they will be resurrected. 100 Then, when the Trumpet is blown, there will be no kinship among them that Day, nor will they ask of one another. 101 Then those whose scales are heavy, they are the successful. 102 but those whose scales are light shall forfeit their souls and live in Gehenna (Hell) for ever. 103 the fire will scorch their faces, and they will abide therein with their lips distorted in pain. 104 (They will be told), "Were Our revelations not recited to you and did you not call them lies?" 105 They will say: Our Lord! Our evil fortune conquered us, and we were erring folk. 106 Our Lord! Take us out of this. Then if we revert (to evil-doing) we shall indeed be wrongdoers." 107 He saith: Begone therein, and speak not unto Me. 108 Among My servants, there were those who said, "Lord, We believe, so forgive us and have mercy on us. You are the best one to show mercy." 109 "But ye treated them with ridicule, so much so that (ridicule of) them made you forget My Message while ye were laughing at them! 110 On this day I have given them their reward for their exercising patience and it is they who have triumphed." 111 He will say: How many years did you tarry in the earth? 112 They will answer: "We have spent there a day, or part of a day; but ask those who [are able to] count [time]" 113 He (Allah) will say: "You stayed not but a little, if you had only known! 114 What, did you think that We created you only for sport, and that you would not be returned to Us?' 115 Therefore exalted be Allah, the King, the Reality: there is no god but He, the Lord of the Throne of Honour! 116 He who invokes any other god along with Allah " one for whom he has no evidence" his reckoning is with his Lord alone. Indeed, these unbelievers shall not prosper. 117 And say thou: my Lord! forgive and have mercy, and Thou art the Best of the merciful ones. 118
