۞ And We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Journey along with My bondmen within the night, for you will be pursued.” 52 And Pharaoh sent heralds unto all cities, 53 They announced “These people are a small group.” 54 And lo! they are offenders against us. 55 we are a large and watchful force." 56 So We expelled them from gardens and fountains, 57 Treasures, and every kind of honourable place. 58 Thus it was; and We made the children of Israel possess them. 59 Then they pursued them at sunrise. 60 and when the two groups saw each other, Moses' companions said, "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 He replied: Nay indeed! My Sustainer is with me, [and] He will guide me!" 62 We sent a revelation to Moses saying, "Strike the sea with your staff." The sea was rent asunder and each side stood high up like a huge mountain. 63 And We caused the pursuers to draw near unto that place: 64 We saved Moses and all the people with him 65 then, We drowned the others. 66 Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers. 67 Your Lord is certainly Majestic and All-merciful. 68
