The people of Noah rejected the Messengerss. 105 When their brother Noah said to them: "Will you not take heed? 106 Behold, I am an apostle [sent by Him] to you, [and therefore] worthy of your trust: 107 So fear Allah and obey me. 108 And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds. 109 Hence, remain conscious of God, and pay heed unto me!" 110 ۞ They said: "Should we place our trust in you when only the condemned follow you?" 111 He said, "And what is my knowledge of what they used to do? 112 It is only for my Lord to take account of them. Would that you made use of your understanding! 113 I would not drive away the believers; 114 I am only a plain admonisher." 115 They said: "If you cease not, O Nuh (Noah)! You will surely be among those stoned (to death)." 116 He said, "My Lord, indeed my people have denied me. 117 hence, lay Thou wide open the truth between me and them, and save me and those of the believers who are with me!" 118 So We saved him and those with him in a laden ship. 119 afterwards, We drowned the rest. 120 Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers. 121 And thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 122

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
