O Prophet, enjoin your wives and your daughters and the believing women, to draw a part of their outer coverings around them. It is likelier that they will be recognised and not molested. Allah is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful. 59 ۞ Truly, if the Hypocrites, and those in whose hearts is a disease, and those who stir up sedition in the City, desist not, We shall certainly stir thee up against them: Then will they not be able to stay in it as thy neighbours for any length of time: 60 Accursed; wherever found they shall be laid hold of and slain with a relentless slaughter. 61 Such has been God's way with those who have gone before them. You shall find no change in the ways of God. 62 People ask you concerning the Hour. Say," Knowledge of it is only with Allah. And what may make you perceive? Perhaps the Hour is near." 63 Lo! Allah hath cursed the disbelievers, and hath prepared for them a flaming fire, 64 wherein they will live forever without being able to find any guardian or helper. 65 On the day when their faces are turned over in the Fire, they say: Oh, would that we had obeyed Allah and had obeyed His messenger! 66 And they will say: our Lord! verily we obeyed our chiefs and our great ones, and they led us astray from the way. 67 O our Lord! give them a double punishment and curse them with a great curse. 68
