Al-Saaffaat 4 of 5
And We indeed did a great favour to Moosa and Haroon. 114 And We saved them and their people from the great affliction, 115 And We supported them so it was they who overcame. 116 and We gave them the Manifesting Book, 117 And guided them to the Straight Path. 118 And We perpetuated (praise) to them among the later generations. 119 'Peace be upon Moses and Aaron' 120 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 121 truly they were among Our faithful servants. 122 Verily Elias is one of the apostles. 123 (Call to mind) when he said to his people: “Will you not fear Allah? 124 Call ye upon Bal and forsake the Best of creators. 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers?" 126 In response they denied him, so they will surely be brought forth as captives. 127 excepting only [those who were] God's true servants; 128 And We kept his praise among the latter generations. 129 Peace be on Ilyas. 130 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 131 He was among Our believing worshipers. 132 And indeed, Lot was among the messengers. 133 Recall what time We delivered him and his household, all. 134 Save an old woman among those who stayed behind; 135 We then destroyed the others. 136 You pass by their desolate habitations in the morning 137 and at night. Will you then not understand? 138
