Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Did We not widen your bosom? 1 and lift from thee thy burden, 2 Which had weighed upon your back 3 And did We not exalt your fame? 4 So, surely with every hardship there is ease; 5 indeed, hardship is followed by ease! 6 Therefore, when thou art free (from thine immediate task), still labour hard, 7 and let thy Lord be thy Quest. 8
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
