And there certainly came to the people of Pharaoh warning. 41 (They) belied all Our Signs, so We seized them with a Seizure of the All-Mighty, All-Capable to carry out what he Will (Omnipotent). 42 Are your people who deny the truth better than those? Or have you been given immunity in the Scriptures? 43 Or do they say: 'We are a gathering that will be victorious' 44 The army will be routed and put to flight. 45 Nay, but the Hour is their appointed time (for their full recompense), and the Hour will be more grievous and more bitter. 46 Surely the guilty are in error and distress. 47 There shall come a Day when they will be dragged on their faces into the Fire and will be told: “Now taste the flame of Hell.” 48 We have created everything to fulfill a certain purpose. 49 We command but once: Our will is done in the twinkling of an eye; 50 And certainly We have already destroyed the likes of you, but is there anyone who will mind? 51 And everything they have done is in the writings. 52 And everything, small and great, hath been written down. 53 As to the Righteous, they will be in the midst of Gardens and Rivers, 54 At the still centre in the proximity of the King all-powerful. 55
