The Fig (Al-Teen)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

By the Fig and the Olive, 1 by Mount Sinai 2 and this land secure! 3 We indeed created Man in the fairest stature 4 Then We reduced him to the lowest of the low, 5 except the believers who do good works, for theirs shall be an unfailing recompense. 6 What, then, [O man,] could henceforth cause thee to give the lie to this moral law? 7 Is not God the greatest of the judges? 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
