Al-Aadeyaat

The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

By the snorting runners (the horses), 1 sparks of fire striking, 2 And by oath of those who raid at dawn. 3 raising a trail of dust, 4 thereby storming [blindly] into any host! 5 That man is ungrateful to his Lord 6 And is himself witness to it, 7 And verily, he is violent in the love of wealth. 8 ۞ But does he not know that [on the Last Day,] when all that is in the graves is raised and brought out, 9 And what is in the breasts is made apparent? 10 Surely, on that Day, they will know that their Lord had full knowledge of them all. 11

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
