Yet those who disbelieve say: When we have become dust like our fathers, shall we verily be brought forth (again)? 67 Indeed we and our fathers had been promised this before. It is nothing but the earlier people's lore." 68 Say (unto them, O Muhammad): Travel in the land and see the nature of the sequel for the guilty! 69 And grieve thou not over them nor be straitened because of that which they plot. 70 And they say, "When is [the fulfillment of] this promise, if you should be truthful?" 71 Say: Maybe there may have drawn near to you somewhat of that which you seek to hasten on. 72 Your Lord has many favors for mankind but most of them are ungrateful. 73 And indeed your Lord knows what is hidden in their bosoms, and what they disclose. 74 All the secrets in heavens and earth are recorded in the illustrious Book. 75 BEHOLD, this Qur'an explains to the children of Israel most [of that] whereon they hold divergent views; 76 it is a guidance, and a mercy unto the believers. 77 And verily thine Lord shall decide between them with His judgment, and He is the Mighty, the Knowing. 78 So rely upon Allah; indeed, you are upon the clear truth. 79 Indeed, you will not make the dead hear, nor will you make the deaf hear the call when they have turned their backs retreating. 80 nor can you direct the blind to the Right Way, preventing them from falling into error. You can make only those who believe in Our verses to hear the call and then submit. 81 ۞ And when the Word (of torment) is fulfilled against them, We shall bring out from the earth a beast to them, which will speak to them because mankind believed not with certainty in Our Ayat (Verses of the Quran and Prophet Muhammad SAW). 82
