The Bee (Al-nahl)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ The Event (the Hour or the punishment of disbelievers and polytheists or the Islamic laws or commandments), ordained by Allah will come to pass, so seek not to hasten it. Glorified and Exalted be He above all that they associate as partners with Him. 1 He sendeth down the angels with the spirit by His command upon whomsoever of his bondmen He willeth: warn that there is no god but I, wherefore fear Me. 2 He has created the heavens and the earth with truth. High be He Exalted above all they associate as partners with Him. 3 He created the human being from a drop of fluid but the human being openly disputes His Word. 4 He created the cattle. They are a source of clothing and food and also a variety of other benefits for you. 5 In them there is beauty for you when you bring them home and when you lead them to pasture. 6 And they carry your heavy loads to regions which you could not reach but with distress of the souls; most surely your Lord is Compassionate, Merciful. 7 He created horses, mules, and donkeys for you to ride and as a means of beauty. He has also created things that you do not know. 8 God's it is to show the way; and some do swerve from it. If He willed, He would have guided you all together. 9
