The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who created all things and fashioned them in good proportion; 2 And who destined and [then] guided 3 And Who brings out the pasturage, 4 then turns it into black stubble. 5 We shall enable thee to recite, and then thou shalt not forget, 6 Except what Allah, may will, He knows what is apparent and what is hidden. 7 We shall ease you to follow the way of Ease. 8 Therefore advise, if advising is beneficial. 9 The admonition will be received by those who fear (Allah): 10 But it will be avoided by the wretched, 11 He who shall roast into the Great Fire, 12 In which he will neither die nor live. 13 He indeed hath attained bliss who hath cleansed himself, 14 and mentions the Name of his Lord, and prays. 15 Nay, but you prefer the present life; 16 even though the life hereafter will be better and will last forever. 17 This is surely in the earlier Books, 18 the scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
God Almighty has spoken the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
