Al-Zalzalah

The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

When the earth is shaken with its (final) earthquake. 1 And the earth bringeth forth her burthens, 2 when man asks, "What is happening to her?"; 3 On that Day it shall proclaim its news, 4 Because thy Lord inspireth her. 5 That day mankind will issue forth in scattered groups to be shown their deeds. 6 Whosoever has done even an atom's weight of good will behold it; 7 And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
