Did you not see that We sent devils upon the disbelievers, so they excite them abundantly? 83 Hence, be not in haste [to call down God's punishment] upon them: for We but number the number of their days. 84 On the day that We shall muster the godfearing to the All-merciful with pomp 85 and We shall drive the sinful like a thirsty herd into Hell. 86 None shall have the power of intercession, but such a one as has received permission (or promise) from the Most Beneficent (Allah). 87 And they say: The Beneficent hath taken unto Himself a son. 88 Assuredly, you have uttered a monstrous falsehood: 89 Well-nigh the heavens are rent thereat and the earth cleft in sunder and the mountains fall down in pieces. 90 That they ascribe a son to the Beneficent Allah. 91 although it is inconceivable that the Most Gracious should take unto Himself a son! 92 All that is in the heavens and the earth will return to the Beneficent God as His submissive servants. 93 He does take an account of them (all), and hath numbered them (all) exactly. 94 Every one of them will come before Him all alone on the Day of Resurrection. 95 Those who believe and do righteous deeds, the Merciful will assign for them love. 96 And We make (this Scripture) easy in thy tongue, (O Muhammad) only that thou mayst bear good tidings therewith unto those who ward off (evil), and warn therewith the froward folk. 97 How numerous are the peoples that We destroyed before them! Do you now perceive any one of them, or hear even their whisper? 98
