And man saith: When I am dead, shall I forsooth be brought forth alive? 66 Does not man remember that We created him before this, and he was non existent? 67 So by your Lord, We will surely gather them and the devils; then We will bring them to be present around Hell upon their knees. 68 Then We shall pluck out from every sect whichever of them was most stubborn in rebellion to the Beneficent. 69 then We shall know very well those most deserving to burn there. 70 Not one of you but will pass over it: this is, with thy Lord, a Decree which must be accomplished. 71 We shall then rescue the pious – and leave the unjust in it, fallen on their knees. 72 And when Our verses are recited to them as clear evidences, those who disbelieve say to those who believe, "Which of [our] two parties is best in position and best in association?" 73 But how many (countless) generations before them have we destroyed, who were even better in equipment and in glitter to the eye? 74 Say: "The Most Compassionate Lord grants respite to those who stray into error, until they behold what they had been threatened with, either God's chastisement (in the world) or the Hour (of Resurrection)" - then they fully know whose station is worse, and who is weaker in hosts! 75 And Allah increases in guidance those who walk aright [true believers in the Oneness of Allah who fear Allah much (abstain from all kinds of sins and evil deeds which He has forbidden), and love Allah much (perform all kinds of good deeds which He has ordained)]. And the righteous good deeds that last, are better with your Lord, for reward and better for resort. 76 Have you, then, seen him who disbelieves in Our communications and says: I shall certainly be given wealth and children? 77 Has he the knowledge of the unseen or has the Beneficent God established such a binding agreement with Him? 78 By no means! We shall write down all what he says; and We shall greatly prolong his chastisement, 79 And We shall inherit from him that whereof he spake, and he shall come to us alone. 80 And they have taken gods beside Allah that they might be unto them a glory. 81 Indeed no! They will renounce their worship and turn against them. 82
