The Poets (Alshu'araa')
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Ta-Sin-Mim. [These letters are one of the miracles of the Quran, and none but Allah (Alone) knows their meanings.] 1 These are the verses of a Book luminous. 2 (O Muhammad), you will perhaps grieve yourself to death because these people do not believe. 3 If (such) were Our Will, We could send down to them from the sky a Sign, to which they would bend their necks in humility. 4 But never fresh remembrance comes to them from the All-merciful, except they turn away from it. 5 For they have already denied, but there will come to them the news of that which they used to ridicule. 6 Have they not seen the earth, that how many honourable pairs We have created in it? 7 In this there is, certainly, evidence (of the Truth). But most of them have no faith. 8 And indeed your Lord – indeed only He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 9
