Seest thou one who turns back, 33 And gives a little and (then) withholds. 34 Does he have knowledge of the unseen, so he sees? 35 Hath he not been told of that which is in the writs of Musa. 36 And of Ibrahim (Abraham) who fulfilled (or conveyed) all that (what Allah ordered him to do or convey), 37 That no burdened person (with sins) shall bear the burden (sins) of another. 38 and that nought shall be accounted unto man but what he is striving for; 39 and that his work is surely seen 40 Then will he be rewarded with a reward complete; 41 And that to your Lord is the goal- 42 and that He it is Who causes people to laugh and to cry, 43 And that it is He (Allah) Who causes death and gives life; 44 and that it is He who creates the two kinds - the male and the female 45 From the small seed when it is adapted 46 and that [therefore] it is within His power to bring about a second life; 47 that He it is Who bestowed wealth and riches, 48 It is He who is the Lord of Sirius. 49 And that He destroyed the first [people of] 'Aad 50 And Samood, so He spared not 51 And the people of Noah before. Indeed, it was they who were [even] more unjust and oppressing. 52 And He overthrew the Cities of the Plain, 53 So they were covered with whatever covered them? 54 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 55 This is a Warner, of the (series of) Warners of old! 56 The near event draws nigh. 57 No (soul) but Allah can lay it bare. 58 Do you then find these tidings strange? 59 Or do you laugh, and do you not weep 60 while you are thoughtless? 61 So bow yourselves before God, and serve Him! ۩ 62
