The Night (Al-Layl)
21 verses, revealed in Mecca after The All High (Al-A'alaa) before Dawn (Al-Fajr)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the night as it envelops; 1 By the day when it appeareth in glory, 2 By (the mystery of) the creation of male and female;- 3 Verily, [O men,] you aim at most divergent ends! 4 For him that gives and fears (Allah) 5 And accepts the best, 6 So We will very soon provide him ease. 7 As for him who was a miser and behaved with aversion (to Allah), 8 and rejects what is right, 9 We shall surely ease for him the Path of Hardship (the Fire). 10 And his riches will not avail him when he falls headlong (into the Abyss). 11 Surely, in Our hands is guidance, 12 And lo! unto Us belong the latter portion and the former. 13 I have warned you then about a raging Fire: 14 Which only the most wretched must endure, 15 who belied and turned away, 16 He will be far away from the most pious. (The first Caliph S. Abu Bakr Siddiq) 17 Who gives away his wealth, purifying himself 18 not as payment for any favours that he received, 19 except the pleasure of their Lord, the Most High 20 and the reward (of their Lord) will certainly make them happy. 21
God Almighty has spoken the truth.

عند قراءة القرآن الملون في وضعية اللغة العربية المرسومة بالأحرف الإنجليزية، قد لا تلاحظ وجود منظومة برمجية مصممة لمطابقة متطلبات علامات الوقف في النص العربي الأصلي. فكما تعلم، يحتوي القرآن على خمسة أنواع رئيسية من علامات الوقف. (1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
