Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Just look at him, who belies the religion! 1 That is he who repulses the orphan 2 And does not urge (others) to feed the poor. 3 Woe, then, unto those praying ones 4 Those who are neglectful of their prayer. 5 Who do (good) to be seen, 6 And do not let others ask for small utilities. 7

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
