They ask thee concerning the Mountains: say, "My Lord will uproot them and scatter them as dust; 105 and leave them a desolate waste, 106 [so that] thou wilt see no curve thereon, and no ruggedness. 107 On that Day, all will follow the summoning Voice from which there will be no escape; and all sounds will be hushed before the Most Gracious, and thou wilt hear nothing but a faint sough in the air. 108 On that day no intercession will matter other than his whom Ar-Rahman grants permission and accepts. 109 He knoweth that which is before them and that which is behind them, and they encompass it not with their knowledge. 110 ۞ And [on that Day] all faces will be humbled before the Ever-Living, the Self-Subsistent Fount of All Being; and undone shall be he who bears [a burden of] evildoing 111 But he who does of righteous deeds while he is a believer - he will neither fear injustice nor deprivation. 112 We have revealed the Quran in the Arabic language containing various warnings so that it may cause them to have fear (of God) or take heed. 113 So high [above all] is Allah, the Sovereign, the Truth. And, [O Muhammad], do not hasten with [recitation of] the Qur'an before its revelation is completed to you, and say, "My Lord, increase me in knowledge." 114 We made a covenant with Adam before you, but he forgot, and We found him lacking in constancy. 115
