Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

۞ Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast? 1 And removed from thee thy burden 2 Which weighed down your back? 3 And raised high your fame? 4 Then verily along with every hardship is ease. 5 Indeed with hardship is ease. 6 Hence, when thou art freed [from distress,] remain steadfast, 7 And incline towards your Lord. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
