Al-Zukhruf 4 of 7

And whosoever blindeth himself to the admonition of the Compassionate, We assign unto him a satan, and he becometh his companion. 36 And verily they hinder them from the way, whilst they deem that they are rightly guided. 37 Until, when he comes to Us [at Judgement], he says [to his companion], "Oh, I wish there was between me and you the distance between the east and west - how wretched a companion." 38 And since you were unjust, it will not profit you this day that you are sharers in the chastisement. 39 Can you make the deaf to hear, or show the blind, and those lost in clear error, the way? 40 And even if We take you (O Muhammad SAW) away, We shall indeed take vengeance on them. 41 or We shall show you what We have promised them; for surely We have complete power over them. 42 Therefore hold fast to that which has been revealed to you; surely you are on the right path. 43 And indeed, it is a remembrance for you and your people, and you [all] are going to be questioned. 44 And ask those We sent before you of Our messengers; have We made besides the Most Merciful deities to be worshipped? 45
