The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ When the forthcoming event does occur. 1 There is no denying that it will befall - 2 Abasing exalting. 3 This will happen when the earth is shaken, shaken 4 and the mountains crumbled, 5 Becoming dust scattered abroad, 6 And you become [of] three kinds: 7 Companions of the Right (O Companions of the Right!) 8 Companions of the Left (O Companions of the Left!) 9 And the Outstrippers, the Outstrippers 10 These are they who are drawn nigh (to Allah), 11 In Gardens of Delight. 12 (a throng of the ancients 13 And a few from the later generations. 14 [They will be seated] on gold-encrusted thrones of happiness, 15 Reclining therein face to face. 16 they will be waited on by ageless youths 17 carrying goblets and ewers and cups filled with the purest wine, 18 Wherefrom they will get neither any aching of the head, nor any intoxication. 19 they will also go about them with the fruits of which they may choose, 20 Bird meats that they relish, 21 and there shall be wide-eyed maidens, 22 like the pearls in their shells: 23 Reward for what they used to do. 24 They will not hear therein ill speech or commission of sin - 25 Except the saying, “Peace, peace.” 26 And those on the right – how (fortunate) are those on the right! 27 Among thornless lote-trees 28 and acacias flower-clad, 29 And shade extended 30 And water everflowing. 31 And abundant fruit, 32 never-ending and unforbidden. 33 And [upon] beds raised high. 34 and the noble maidens that We have created 35 We have made them virgins, 36 Lovers, friends, 37 like of age for the Companions of the Right. 38

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
