By the moon, 32 And the night when it departs, 33 and the morning when it appears, 34 surely (Hell) is one of the greatest Signs, 35 Warn the men. 36 to whoever of you desires to go forward or lag behind. 37 Every soul is held in pledge against its own deeds, 38 Except those of the right hand 39 In gardens, they shall ask each other 40 Of evil-doers: 41 "What led you into Hell Fire?" 42 They will say: "We were not of those who prayed; 43 And did not feed the needy, 44 And we used to enter into vain discourse with those who entered into vain discourses. 45 and belied the Day of Recompense 46 "Until there came to us (the Hour) that is certain." 47 So there will not benefit them the intercession of [any] intercessors. 48 Then what is wrong with them that they turn away from admonition, 49 As though they were frightened asses 50 Fleeing from a hunter, or a lion, or a beast of prey. 51 Yea, everyone of them claims that he [himself] ought to have been given revelations unfolded! 52 Never! In fact they do not fear the Hereafter. 53 Nay! it is surely an admonition. 54 Let anyone who seeks guidance do so. 55 No one will seek guidance unless God wills it. He alone is worthy of being feared and He is the Source of Forgiveness. 56
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
