Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ WHEN THE SKY is cleft asunder, 1 and when the stars are scattered, 2 when the seas overflow; 3 And the sepulchres are overturned, 4 Each soul shall know that which it sent afore and that which it left behind. 5 Human being, what evil has deceived you about your Gracious Lord, 6 Who created you proportionately and fashioned you 7 Into whatsoever form He will, He casteth thee. 8 Yet you deny the Last Judgement. 9 yet there are over you watchers 10 noble, recording, 11 They know whatsoever ye do. 12 The pious will surely be in heaven, 13 and the evil-doers will be in hell 14 They will burn therein on the Day of Judgment, 15 and then shall never come out of it. 16 And what shall make thee know whatsoever the Day of Requital is? 17 Again, what will explain to thee what the Day of Judgment is? 18 The day on which no soul will have the authority over any other soul; and on that day, the entire command belongs to Allah. 19
