My devotees! no fear shall be on you that Day, nor shall ye grieve,- 68 Those who have faith in Our revelations and have submitted themselves to Our will, 69 'Enter Paradise, you and your wives, walking with joy!' 70 Trays of gold and cups will be passed round them, (there will be) therein all that the one's inner-selves could desire, all that the eyes could delight in, and you will abide therein forever. 71 This is the Garden which ye are made to inherit because of what ye used to do. 72 and there is abundant fruit in it for you to eat." 73 But the evil-doers shall abide in the torment of Hell. 74 (The torment) will not be lightened for them, and they will be plunged into destruction with deep regrets, sorrows and in despair therein. 75 And We did not wrong them, but it was they who were the wrongdoers. 76 They will cry, "Master, if only your Lord would put an end to us!" But he [the angel] will answer, "No! You are here to stay." 77 Assuredly We brought the truth unto you, but most of you are to the truth averse. 78 Or have they devised [some] affair? But indeed, We are devising [a plan]. 79 Do they imagine We do not hear their secret talk and their private counsels? On the contrary, Our messengers [angels] are at their sides, recording everything. 80 Say thou: had the Compassionate a son, I shall be the first of his worshippers. 81 Exalted be the Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of the Throne, above what they attribute to Him. 82 But leave them to indulge in idle talk and play [with words] until they face that [Judgment] Day of theirs which they have been promised: 83 It is He (Allah) Who is the only Ilah (God to be worshipped) in the heaven and the only Ilah (God to be worshipped) on the earth. And He is the All-Wise, the All-Knower. 84 And blessed be He unto Whom belongeth the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, and with Whom is knowledge of the Hour, and unto Whom ye will be returned. 85 Those they call upon, apart from Him, have no power of intercession, save such as have testified to the truth, and that knowingly. 86 And if you ask them who created them, they will surely say, God. How then are they turned away? 87 (Allah has knowledge) of the (Prophet's) cry, "O my Lord! Truly these are people who will not believe!" 88 So turn away from them (O Muhammad SAW), and say: Salam (peace)! But they will come to know. 89
True are the words of God the Almighty.
End of Surah: Vanity (Al-Zukhruf). Sent down in Mecca after Consultation (Al-Shooraa) before Smoke (Al-Dukhaan)
