۞ And We revealed unto Musa saying: go by night with My bondmen verily ye shall be pursued. 52 And Pharaoh sent forth heralds to all the cities. 53 (Who said): Lo! these indeed are but a little troop, 54 but they are indeed filled with hatred of us 55 and we are a host on our guard.' 56 So We made them leave the gardens and springs of water, 57 and their treasures and excellent dwellings. 58 So it was; and We made the Descendants of Israel its inheritors. 59 And so [the Egyptians] caught up with them at sunrise; 60 And when the two hosts saw each other, the companions of Musa (Moses) said: "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 [Moses] said, "No! Indeed, with me is my Lord; He will guide me." 62 Then We revealed to Musa: Strike the sea with your staff. So it had cloven asunder, and each part was like a huge mound. 63 And We brought near, there, the others. 64 And We saved Musa and those with him, all of them. 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Verily! In this is indeed a sign (or a proof), yet most of them are not believers. 67 truly, your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 68
