He it is Who hath created for you ears and eyes and hearts. Small thanks give ye! 78 It is He Who has dispersed you all around the earth, and it is unto Him that you shall all be mustered. 79 And He it is who grants life and deals death; and to Him is due the alternation of night and day. Will you not, then, use your reason? 80 No, but they said what the ancients said before them: 81 They said, 'What, when we are dead and become dust and bones, shall we be indeed raised up? 82 We were promised such things and so were our forefathers before us. All these are no more than tales of the past." 83 (Muhammad), say to them, "Tell me, if you know, to whom does the earth and its contents belong?" 84 They will say, "To God." Say, "So will you not pay heed? 85 Say thou: who is Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the mighty throne? 86 [And] they will reply: "[All this power belongs] to God." Say: "Will you not, then, remain conscious of Him?" 87 Say, "In whose hands lies sovereignty over all things, protecting all, while none can seek protection against Him? Tell me, if you have any knowledge." 88 Thereupon they will say, “Such greatness is only that of Allah”; say, “Then by what magic are you deceived?” 89 We have revealed to them the truth. But they are certainly liars. 90 Allah has not taken to Himself any son, there is no other god with Him. Were this otherwise each god would have taken that which he created, and some of them would have risen above others; Exalted is Allah beyond that they describe! 91 [He is] Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, so high is He above what they associate [with Him]. 92
