[Mention] when Allah said, "O Jesus, indeed I will take you and raise you to Myself and purify you from those who disbelieve and make those who follow you [in submission to Allah alone] superior to those who disbelieve until the Day of Resurrection. Then to Me is your return, and I will judge between you concerning that in which you used to differ. 55 “So I shall mete a severe punishment to those who disbelieve, in this world and in the Hereafter; and they will not have any supporters.” 56 And as for those who believe and do good works, He will pay them their wages in full. Allah loveth not wrong-doers. 57 This which We recite to you is a revelation and a wise reminder. 58 For God the likeness of Jesus is as that of Adam whom He fashioned out of dust and said "Be" and he was. 59 (Muhammad, the essence of) the Truth is from your Lord. Never have any doubt about it. 60 And if anyone should argue with you about this [truth] after the knowledge you have received, say to them, "Come! Let us gather our sons and your sons, our women and your women, and ourselves and yourselves; and then let us pray earnestly and invoke the curse of God upon the liars. 61 This is the true story. There is no God but Allah, and assuredly Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise. 62 If they turn away (remember) God knows the mischief-mongers. 63
