Lo! those who ward off (evil) are among gardens and watersprings. 45 Enter therein in peace, secure. 46 We shall remove all hatred from their breasts and make them as brothers reclining on thrones facing one another. 47 no fatigue there shall smite them, neither shall they ever be driven forth from there. 48 ۞ Tell My servants that I am indeed the Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful; 49 At the same time, My chastisement is highly painful. 50 And declare thou unto them of Ibrahim's guests. 51 [how,] when they presented themselves before him and bade him peace, he answered: "Behold, we are afraid of you!" 52 'Do not be afraid' they answered. 'We come to give you glad tidings of a knowledgeable child' 53 He said, "Do you bring me such news despite my old age? What kind of good news are you bringing me?" 54 They said: We bring thee good tidings in truth. So be not thou of the despairing. 55 He said, “Who is it that despairs from the mercy of his Lord, except those who are astray?” 56 He said, “And what is your next task, O the sent angels?” 57 They said, 'We have been sent unto a people of sinners, 58 (All) save the family of Lot. Them we shall deliver every one, 59 "Except his wife, who, We have ascertained, will be among those who will lag behind." 60
