Al-Anbyaa' 7 of 7
Then whoso doeth some good works and is a believer, there will be no rejection of his effort. Lo! We record (it) for him. 94 And there is a ban upon any community which We have destroyed: that they shall not return. 95 until Gog and Magog are let loose, and begin swooping from every mound, 96 and nigh has drawn the true promise, and behold, the eyes of the unbelievers staring: 'Alas for us! We were heedless of this; 'nay, we were evildoers.' 97 Verily ye, (unbelievers), and the (false) gods that ye worship besides Allah, are (but) fuel for Hell! to it will ye (surely) come! 98 If these had been gods they would not have come thither, but all will abide therein. 99 They will groan in pain therein, but no one will listen to them. 100 Those for whom the good (record) from Us has gone before, will be removed far therefrom. 101 they shall be, kept far from it neither shall they hear any whisper of it, and they shall dwell forever in that their souls desired; 102 the greatest terror shall not grieve them, and the angels shall receive them: 'This is your day that you were promised.' 103 The day when We shall roll up the heavens as the recording angel rolls up the register of deeds; We shall make him similar to Our making him the first time; this is a promise upon Us; We certainly have to do it. 104 And We have already written in the book [of Psalms] after the [previous] mention that the land [of Paradise] is inherited by My righteous servants. 105 Surely in this is a Message delivered unto a people who serve. 106 And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a mercy to the worlds. 107 Say, "It is only revealed to me that your god is but one God; so will you be Muslims [in submission to Him]?" 108 If they turn away, tell them, "I have warned every one of you equally. I do not know when the torment which you have to suffer will take place. 109 Lo! He knoweth that which is said openly, and that which ye conceal. 110 And know not; haply it may be a trial for you, and an enjoyment for a season. 111 He saith: my Lord! judge Thou with truth. And our Lord is the Compassionate Whose help is to be sought against that which ye utter. 112
True are the words of God the Almighty.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
