And those who disbelieve say, "When we have become dust as well as our forefathers, will we indeed be brought out [of the graves]? 67 We have been promised this, and our fathers before; this is naught but the fairy-tales of the ancients.' 68 “Proclaim, (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “Travel in the land and see what sort of fate befell the guilty.” 69 Do not grieve over them, nor feel distressed at their schemes. 70 And they say: When will this threat come to pass, if you are truthful? 71 say thou: "It may well be that something of that which [in your ignorance] you so hastily demand has already drawn close unto you." 72 Lo! thy Lord is full of bounty for mankind, but most of them do not give thanks. 73 Surely thy Lord knows what their hearts conceal, and what they publish. 74 There is nothing of the hidden in the heavens and the earth that is not recorded in the luminous Book. 75 This Quran tells the Israelites most of the matters about which they had disputes among themselves. 76 it is a guidance, and a mercy unto the believers. 77 Surely thy Lord will decide between them by His Judgment; He is the All-mighty, the All-knowing. 78 Therefor (O Muhammad) put thy trust in Allah, for thou (standest) on the plain Truth. 79 Verily, you cannot make the dead to hear (i.e. benefit them and similarly the disbelievers), nor can you make the deaf to hear the call, when they flee, turning their backs. 80 Thou shalt not guide the blind out of their error neither shalt thou make any to hear, save such as believe in Our signs, and so surrender. 81 ۞ And when the word shall come to be fulfilled concerning them, We shall bring forth a beast of the earth speaking unto them, that the people have not of Our signs been convinced. 82
