The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By the aligners (angels) aligning. 1 Then those who drive away with reproof, 2 and by the reciters of the Reminder: 3 Most surely your Allah is One: 4 the Sustainer of the heavens and the earth and of all that is between them, and the Sustainer of all the points of sunrise! 5 Behold, We have adorned the skies nearest to the earth with the beauty of stars, 6 to protect them from the rebellious satan. 7 they cannot overhear the Higher Assembly for they are pelted from every side, 8 Outcast, and theirs is a perpetual torment; 9 Except one who sometimes steals a part, so a blazing flame goes after him. 10 (Muhammad), ask them, "Have they (people) been created stronger than what We have created?" We have created them from moist clay. 11 Yet while you are filled with wonder, they just scoff; 12 And they do not understand, when explained to. 13 When they are shown a sign, they scoff at it 14 And they say: This is nothing but clear magic: 15 When we have become dead and have become dust and bones, shall we then verily be raised? 16 And our forefathers? 17 Say, "Yes indeed, and you will be brought low." 18 It will be only one shout, and at once they will be observing. 19 They will say, "O woe to us! This is the Day of Recompense." 20 “This is the Day of Judgement, which you used to deny!” 21
