(People), is your creation harder for God than that of the heavens, which He created, raised and established 27 High has He reared its vault and formed it in accordance with what it was meant to be; 28 Gave darkness to its night, and brightness to its day; 29 and thereafter spread out the earth, 30 and brought out of it its water and its pasture, 31 and the mountains He set firm, 32 All this was done as a means of enjoyment for you and your cattle. 33 So when the greatest universal disaster arrives, 34 The day on which man shall recollect what he strove after, 35 and Hell is there for all to see, 36 For, unto him who shall have transgressed the bounds of what is right, 37 and prefers the life of this world, 38 will find himself in Hell; 39 And as for him who fears to stand in the presence of his Lord and forbids the soul from low desires, 40 Then indeed Paradise only is his destination. 41 They ask you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) about the Hour, - when will be its appointed time? 42 About what! You are one to remind of it. 43 With thy Lord is the Limit fixed therefore. 44 You are only a warner for those who fear it. 45 On the Day when they behold it, it will be as if they had lingered but an evening, or, a morning. 46
