The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Exalt the Name of your Lord, the Highest, 1 Who has created (all things) proportionately, 2 And Who makes (things) according to a measure, then guides (them to their goal), 3 And Who bringeth forth the pasturage, 4 and then made it into a blackish straw. 5 We shall make you recite and then you will not forget, 6 Except what Allah, may will, He knows what is apparent and what is hidden. 7 And We will ease you toward ease. 8 Therefore do remind, surely reminding does profit. 9 Admonished is he indeed who feareth, 10 And the most unfortunate one will avoid it, 11 Who will enter the Great Fire, 12 Then therein he shall neither live nor die. 13 Prosperous is he who has cleansed himself, 14 and remembers the Name of his Lord, so he prays. 15 But ye prefer the life of the world 16 whereas the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 Surely this is in the ancient scrolls, 18 The scriptures of Ibrahim and Musa. 19
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
