O all you who believe, seek you help in patience and prayer; surely God is with the patient. 153 And say not of those who are slain in God's cause, "They are dead": nay, they are alive, but you perceive it not. 154 And We will most certainly try you with somewhat of fear and hunger and loss of property and lives and fruits; and give good news to the patient, 155 Who, when afflicted with calamity, say: "Truly! To Allah we belong and truly, to Him we shall return." 156 They are those on whom are the Salawat (i.e. blessings, etc.) (i.e. who are blessed and will be forgiven) from their Lord, and (they are those who) receive His Mercy, and it is they who are the guided-ones. 157 ۞ Safah and Marwah are the waymarks of Allah. Whoever performs the pilgrimage to the House or the visit, there shall be no guilt on him to circumambulate between both of them. And whoever volunteers good, Allah is Thankful, the Knower. 158 Those who conceal the clear (Signs) We have sent down, and the Guidance, after We have made it clear for the people in the Book,-on them shall be Allah's curse, and the curse of those entitled to curse,- 159 But from those who repent and mend their ways and make known the truth, I will certainly accept their repentance: I am the Ever Relenting, the Most Merciful. 160 Surely those who disbelieve and die while they are disbelievers, these it is on whom is the curse of Allah and the angels and men all; 161 They will abide therein: Their penalty will not be lightened, nor will respite be their (lot). 162 And the God of you all is one God; there is no God but He, the Compassionate, the Merciful. 163
