Are ye harder to create or the heaven which He hath builded? 27 He raised its roof and made it proper. 28 Gave darkness to its night, and brightness to its day; 29 And the earth, moreover, hath He extended (to a wide expanse); 30 after that bringing forth from it its water and its pasture land, 31 And the mountains He set firm 32 A provision for you and for your cattle. 33 Then when the Grand Calamity shall come 34 The day when man remembers all that he had done, 35 and Hell will be brought in sight for anyone to see: 36 Then he who had been rebellious 37 and preferred the life of this world [to the good of his soul,] 38 most surely his abode shall be Hell. 39 And for such as had entertained the fear of standing before their Lord's (tribunal) and had restrained (their) soul from lower desires, 40 Paradise will be the dwelling. 41 They (the disbelievers) ask you regarding the Last Day, as to when is its appointed time. 42 You have no knowledge to say anything about it, 43 With thy Lord is the Limit fixed therefore. 44 You are but a Herald of Warning, for one who fears it. 45 It shall be as if; on the day they see it, they have but tarried for an evening, or its forenoon. 46
