Al-Zalzalah

The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

When the earth is shaken with her (violent) shaking, 1 And the earth throws out its burdens, 2 And man says, “What has happened to it?” 3 That day it will narrate its annals, 4 having been inspired by your Lord. 5 On that Day people will go forth in varying states so that they be shown their deeds. 6 Whoever has done an atom's weight of good, will see it 7 And anyone who has done an atom's weight of evil, shall see it. 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
