In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
Read: In the name of thy Lord Who createth, 1 Hath created man from a clot! 2 Read: And thy Lord is the Most Bounteous, 3 who, by the pen, taught the human being: 4 Teacheth man that which he knew not. 5 By no means: Verily man exorbitateth. 6 because he thinks that he is independent. 7 truly, all will return to your Lord. 8 Have you seen one who prevents 9 A slave (Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) when he prays? 10 Have you considered if he were on the right way, 11 Or he commandeth piety? 12 Have you seen if he denies and turns away - 13 Does he, then, not know that God sees [all]? 14 Nay! If he (Abu Jahl) ceases not, We will catch him by the forelock, 15 A lying, sinful forelock! 16 Then, let him call upon his council (of helpers), 17 We, will call the Zabania (the harsh angels of Hell). 18 Nay, pay thou no heed to him, but prostrate thyself [before God] and draw close [unto Him]! ۩ 19
